Pursuit helps you to find great job candidates using your social network as well as get and make referrals. You can: Target the best talent by harnessing your employees and their networks; get detailed data on where referrals come from and why they’re a great fit; spread the word about your jobs beyond your company’s direct contacts.

Users who successfully referred applicants were given monetary bonuses and “karma points.”

TechCrunch reported that the founders would be putting Pursuit on hold to go to work for Facebook, which acquired their services in February 2011.
