PSL is a nearshore software development services company located in Colombia, South America. The company is recognized as being the first in the spanish speaking world to attain a CMMi level 5 assessment (the 8th in the world), and being the only company in the region to have received the IEEE / SEI Watts Humphrey Software Process Achievement Award –only 9 other companies have received it (inlcuding NASA, Raytheon and IBM).

PSL specializes in agile SCRUM projects, with an emphasis on the development of web and mobile applications. The company has achieved significant quality standards, clocking a Field Error Rate of less than 0.3 bugs per every 1,000 lines of code, in software that has been in operation for 18 months.

PSL deploys nearshore bilingual software services to Fortune 500 corporations and many startup companies in the US and Canada. The company specializes in SaaS development in Java and .Net, Android and iOS.
