PropertyADD provide online estate agency management software.
The system utilises a CRM module at its core to provide the functionality required to manage backoffice estate agency processes for both sales and letting agents.
PropertyADD is designed to automate common and time consuming tasks across multiple branches, using key-once principles to aid the production of letters and property brochures, feed property portals and perform applicant matching.
It also acts as a e-marketing tool, a diary and an audit trail. For letting agents the software includes property management support.
Typical customers also integrate the software with their website via XML. Often these websites (and the related company email) are hosted by PropertyADD too.
The software has been largely UK centric to date, though is currently undergoing development to internationalise it for a European contract.
