ProofHQ is a web application that manages collaborative review and approval of designs, artwork, documents and images.

With ProofHQ you upload your files which ProofHQ converts into web-optimised Flash based proofs. ProofHQ converts multi-page files up to 75 MB and handles a wide range of file formats, including native DTP files such as Photoshop.

After creating a proof you can share it with reviewers by sending personal URLs via email, by integrating your proofs in project management applications such as Basecamp, or by embedding your proofs in blogs and wikis.

Reviewers collaboratively review, mark-up and comment on your proof. ProofHQ manages sign-off by letting each reviewer make a decision to approve or reject the proof.

ProofHQ lets you manage multiple versions of the same proof quickly and easily, which means that reviewers can see old versions and new versions together for easy comparison.

ProofHQ has a subscription model, which includes a 30-day free trial, and a free account for users who need fewer than 5 proofs per month.
