Prolumina provides Litigation Strategy, Trial Graphics, Litigation Support Services and Trial Technology.
In regard to litigation support services, Prolumina helps clients manage both large and small litigation efforts with common tasks such as deposition videography, scanning/copying, webcasting, video conferencing, transcript synchronization, audio/video duplication and editing. Additionally they provide other more complex litigation support services such as reprographics, database creation, and e-Discovery.
Litigation strategy consultants organize, develop and make a litigation case trial-ready. Prolumina’s trial consultants can help identify and test key issues for a case, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial, manage the details of jury selection, and design the overall presentation blueprint.
Trial visual consultants create visual depictions, including stills and animations, for use in trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mediums include programs such as Powerpoint and Flash, and physical materials such as exhibit boards on foam core.
Trial technology incorporates then rental and set-up of trial equipment and/or trial technicians operating software such as Trial Director.
