PrimeraDx, Inc. offers multiplexed infectious disease assays. It provides Scalable Target Amplification Routine technology, which is a method for simultaneous quantitative measurement of multiple target nucleic acids. The company also offers ViraQuant, a multiplexed assay providing quantitative and simultaneous measurement of viruses; and FungiQuant Yeast and FungiQuant Mold, which are fungal panels for mycology testing. Its products are used in miRNA, DNA methylation, quantitative genotyping, gene expression, and viral load measurement applications.
