Price Squares is a quick and easy way to see how San Francisco real estate is trending using price per square foot.
Price Squares takes recent sales and shows you instantly whether the average price per square foot is increasing or decreasing giving you a real view of how the real estate market is fairing, and it does all of this in a way that is visual and instantly understandable. From the moment you hit the welcome page you can quickly see the average price per square foot for each of the ten San Francisco districts. You can then choose from the handy district and sub district drop down menu to find any area in the city you are interested in. You can also double click on any District on the map to zoom in and see the Sub Districts, or click the square under the Zoom slider on the left side of the map to draw a Square over any area you are interested in.
Price Squares will also show you the properties that are currently available for sale (active listing) in the District and Sub District of your choice; it will even let you know if the active listing is a good deal or not by highlighting it in green
