PrePayMe is a service that allows you to easily organize and collect money for group purchases and activities before money is spent.
The service allows an event (or purchase) organizer to set various criteria such as deadline, min/max people and cost, and then it automatically collects money from all of the invitees that choose to participate. If the organizer’s criteria is not met, no one is charged for the PrePay.
