Polyvore, a fashion 2.0 company founded by the man responsible for Yahoo Pipes, lets you mix and match complete outfits by drag and dropping any clothing images found on the web. It’s part social network and part designers club, the end result being a place where users can put together their dream outfit or get a clue about the latest fashions from other users.
The company has serious revenue potential if it can ink deals with clothing retailers. All Polyvore would have to do would be to link its clothing images to checkout pages on Amazon for example and take a share of revenue from each purchase.

Polyvore is a unique, easy-to-use web-based application for mixing and matching products from any online store. Items are pulled together into a visual set of products that can be shared with anyone. Each product within the set is then linked back to the online store where it is available for purchase.
