Hi James/Andrea It's been a while since you posted these but a friend of Plaxo happened to stumble upon these comments - I wanted to chime in asap. A couple of months before our corporate office moved, we also moved our CRM systems to a new location - and we had some missteps with how emails flowed into our Customer Care group. If you did not receive an autoresponse indicating that we received your email, chances are, we never did. Please contact me (redgee @ plaxo dot com) and I'll make sure a support agents gets in touch with you asap. Also, we do have a Customer Advocate hotline (customeradvocate at plaxo dot com) if you have any complaints about our support program - we would certainly like to hear about your experience and help us shape a continually improving support group. Thanks Redgee Capili
