Plastyc

They provide affordable, simple and financially responsible online banking services.

Plastyc allows any US resident to sign up for an FDIC-insured prepaid account in a few minutes, with no credit record or credit score requirement. The main service is called iBankUP, and includes the UPside Visa prepaid card. A version of the UPside card is also available for teenagers under parental control.

Money can be loaded electronically by employers (via direct deposit) or friends and family (via bank transfers). Cash can be loaded via Green Dot MoneyPaks available at over 50,000 locations.

Money can be spent via the UPside Visa card, accepted internationally anywhere Visa debit is accepted, both online and offline. Cash can be withdrawn at ATMs. Paper checks can be issued and mailed on demand to pay anyone who will not accept cash or cards.

Users can access their account 24x7 via any web-connected PC or cell phone, as well as from within their Facebook account.
