Pixaria is a London, England based software company with a single key product - Pixaria Gallery, a web application targeted at professional photographers.
Founded in 2003 by Jamie Longstaff, Pixaria’s first shipping product was a simple web based gallery application written for PHP/MySQL called PopPhoto. After three years development, PopPhoto was rewritten from scratch and rebranded for sale as Pixaria Gallery which is currently at version 2.
Pixaria exists in a crowded market for stock photography applications and online services and distinguishes itself by a relatively open approach to development and an active user community.
