Pibbix

Pibbix was a UK-based voice over IP service providing cloud-based telephony systems for small and medium-sized businesses.

The firm’s main offering was a suite of PBX features to handsets and soft-phones. These could be augmented with voicemail (transcribed and non-transcribed), conference calling and other enterprise features. It also offered simple interfaces to firm’s existing IT systems to provide custom integration.

All of Pibbix’s services existed in closed-beta except transcribed voicemail which wass available as a stand-alone product.

Pibbix was acquired by Bababoo Inc in August 2010.
