Founded in 2002, Phase 2 is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii with offices in Chicago, and partners around the world. All data is stored in PHASE 2 data centers, not outsourced or subcontracted. This allows Phase 2 to offer clients the highest security and privacy of their information. All maintenance is performed by internal employees, with very restricted access to customer data.
