Peixe Urbano

Peixe Urbano is the first and largest Latin-American local commerce website. It was founded in Brazil, in March of 2010, by three young entrepreneurs: Julio Vasconcellos, Emerson Andrade and Alex Tabor. The website brings daily deals that create an incentive for consumers to try-out new services and activities in each city. For local businesses, it is a powerful marketing tool that helps increase brand awareness as well as attract and retain a large number of new customers. The company is currently present in more than 100 cities in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Chile, and continues to expand to other locations in the region.
