Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, PaySimple provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) online payment solution for small businesses. Key features include recurring billing, electronic invoicing, hosted online payments, telephone payments, ACH debits, credit card processing, and echeck processing.

The company differentiates itself by offering integrated invoicing and payment acceptance in one system. Typically these need to be integrated externally, often with two different companies. In addition, PaySimple offers hosted customizable features, such as online payment pages, that businesses can set up and customize without requiring technical experience or security certifications.
