PartyGaming merged with bwin in 2011 to form bwin.party.

PartyGaming Plc operates as an online gaming company. The company offers a suit of online games, such as online poker, casino, bingo, and sports betting. Its gaming sites comprise PartyPoker.com, an online poker room; PartyCasino.com, an online casino site; bingo sites, such as Foxy Bingo.com, Cheeky Bingo.com, and PartyBingo.com; sport betting sites, including PartyBets.com and Gamebookers.com; PartyGammon.com, an online backgammon site; and InterTrader.com, a financial spread betting site. The company also licenses software and services to third parties through its business-to-business offer. It operates in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific.

The company was formerly known as Olema Ventures Limited and changed its name to PartyGaming Plc in February 2005. PartyGaming Plc was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Gibraltar, Gibraltar.
