PagerDuty is the “9-1-1 dispatch” system for IT, helping operations engineers, DevOps and developers resolve IT system problems as quickly as possible.

PagerDuty aggregates errors from all of your IT monitoring tools and handles the people part of the equation: alerting (via phone, SMS or email), on-call scheduling and automatic escalation of critical incidents.
