Padz is a property rental portal that allows users to find and advertise all types of property to rent - homes, short lets, holiday lettings and houseshares. The aim of Padz is to make renting property easier, quicker and more fun.
Landlords and agents can provide full pricing and availability information for their properties in a property calendar. Prices can be set by day, week or month to accommodate seasonal pricing in short lets and holiday rentals.
Tenants can provide a review of their landlord and of the property when they move out. Likewise landlords can provide a review of the tenant. These reviews are used to rank the quality of the landlords, tenants and properties.
As well as whole properties and apartments to rent, Padz also includes individual rooms for rent. Tenants can post their profile and room requirements on to the site and check the profiles of the other housemates already in the property.
Properties can be listed for rent anywhere in the world and properties can be searched for using a geospatial search system rather than the traditional category based system.
Padz provides sophisticated functionality for agents allowing them to organise their properties, branches and agents within the site.
Properties and reviews can be posted to Facebook and Twitter at the click of a button.
A community component within padz provides local information, photos and reviews to help tenants decide whcih area to rent in.
Pricing is on a small fixed price per day so that landlords and agents only pay for the advertising that they use and out of date information is removed quickly.
