Pactas

Pactas offers cloud-based electronic invoicing for small companies and freelancers in Germany. Pactas is legally compliant with German law, i.e. digital signatures and audit-proof archival. In particular, it addresses both sender and recipient, hence saving recipients from operating their own electronic archive.

Pactas therefore constitutes a business network where two companies can exchange invoices and synchronize master data automatically. Still, you can send invoices to recipients even if they are not Pactas users.

Pactas is based in Munich, Germany and launched its first Product in March 2011.
