OVGuide.com is the #1 independent online video guidance site and has the most comprehensive and up-to-date guide to online video, including TV shows, movies, user-generated content and video games. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the privately held company was founded by Dale Bock in 2006. The company is backed by Baroda Ventures, whose founder David Bohnett was also the founder of GeoCities that was once ranked as one of the four most trafficked sites on the Web, went public in 1998 and was subsequently acquired by Yahoo! in 1999.

Content discovery features include editor’s pick videos, content browsing tools, movie/TV browse tools and listings of real-time keyword searches.
