The company’s products also include OpsPages, an Internet-based directory of service providers and vendors in the real estate industry. It serves real estate investment trusts, building owners, fee-management companies, and property management companies. OpsTechnology, Inc. was founded in 1999 and is based in San Francisco, California. As of October 14, 2008, OpsTechnology, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of RealPage, Inc.
