Opscotch keeps track of any customer communications, service tickets, maintenance, support, installation, bugs, or projects. Image and file attachments can be linked to sites or specific tickets, to enable users access to invoices, proposals, and the like.
Included in the client contact information are local maps, weather, search, and a micro blog style interface that allows you to enter any relevant information regarding the client or site you might want to add.
‘Sounds like’ search is based on phonetics as well as spelling, so a mis-heard name over the phone still finds what you’re looking for.
