OpenSpace.com connects people who have space with people looking for space and makes it easy for everyone to do business together. Their mission is to simplify real estate transactions.
Unlike most real estate sites, OpenSpace does not charge you to join. Membership is free, listing a property is free and general use of the site is free. OpenSpace accepts property listings from everyone –property managers, property owners and realtors.
Their property types are unique. In addition to the traditional listings of homes, apartments, condos, OpenSpace also have rooms for rent, retail spaces, commercial spaces parking spaces, boat slips, camping sites—you name it. Simply put, if you have a property that you might be interested in renting, leasing or selling, just add it to OpenSpace. There are no restrictions, though you should make sure to upload photos. Nobody really wants to look at a text-only listing, so upload a few good photos so everyone can all get an appreciation for your space. Yes, photos are also free.
