OpenExchange is a cloud-based professional collaboration network connecting financial services professionals with executives and investor relations professionals. Connectivity is provided through a systems of profiles, calendars and schedules and executed using H.264 SVC HD desktop video, provided by Vidyo, Inc. OpenExchange video services offer users click-to-call video conferencing through a presence-enabled personal network or through its online scheduling. Video conferences can scale to include hundreds of attendees, with up to eight attendees being visible at one time. Activity on the network is compliant with financial services regulations, video streams are AES 128 encrypted, and the service provides secure authentication and a plethora of personal meeting policies and controls.
