Offer Clouds competes in the “On4Off” (Online advertising for Offline retailing) markets. Its first product is called Qffers App, a mobile application that lets consumers search, post, and share offers available in their neighborhood, or wherever they happen to be, thereby enabling them to socially advertise and promote any brick-and-mortar offers that they care about.
