NudgeRx is a healthcare technology company focused on filling the gaps in post-discharge follow-up care and improving patient adherence to discharge plans by providing patients and their designated family/friend caregivers with daily, interactive, recovery support for up to 90 days following their hospital discharge. NudgeRx services are sold to health insurance companies who include NudgeRx’s hospital discharge support as part of their plan member’s coverage.

By identifying post-discharge problems in their early stages and improving patient adherence to prescribed treatments, NudgeRx’s services will lower the risk of serious complication and re-hospitalization, improve quality of care, and thereby reduce overall health care costs for our insurance company customers.
