NoWait

NoWait is an iPad application for restaurants that do not take reservations but who want to notify their patrons via text when their table is ready. NoWait also recently released an update that allows restaurants to integrate their reservations into the wait list application.

NoWait, founded in Pittsburgh, PA, takes the frustration out of the seating process at casual dinning restaurants for both restaurants and guests through its Innovative Virtual Wait List. NoWait eliminates pager notification systems and congested wait areas full of restless patrons. It improves the restaurant-patron relationship through its digital wait list and SMS (text-message) engagement. Furthermore, NoWait creates the opportunity for restaurants to engage with customers either while they wait or after they leave through SMS, announcing menu and drink specials, seasonal events, and other restaurant-related news.
