Norwood Systems is the developer of a revolutionary new service that allows large corporations to reduce their international roaming expenses.

Its core service offering, Voice Continuity™, is a simple and cost-effective offering that reduces costs and improves contactability for employees when they travel internationally to remote office locations.

Compatible with any SIM, Voice Continuity™ leverages a company’s investment in its PBX and voice WAN network to dramatically reduce costs of calling for business travellers, and importantly, optimise inbound call charges from other employees without requiring a change in their user behaviour.

Voice Continuity is based upon $15 million of previously invested R&D, using the code-base developed by the previous incarnation of Norwood Systems.

The Company was re-capitalised by its founder in February 2011. It closed a Series AA seed round in March 2012 and a follow on Series AA (2) round in December 2012.
