Noiz Analytics aims to cover all the bases for any brand manager when it’s time to talk about Brand Monitoring. The goal of the tool is to see what consumers will find (online buzz) in a typical search process for a product or service, starting at the core: search engine monitoring.
The tool lets a client quickly summarize what websites are on a customer’s search domain by entering up to eight search terms. This first step is an important tool for any media buying firm or social network manager as it provides a clear map of where you need to focus your efforts: not only what websites but which landing pages to target.
The second report focuses on the “headline” by channel and time. It lets you track the top 25 Twitter, News, Blog, Video or Web pages on a specific topic for the previous 24 hours, week or month. Each result is then crawled to find relevant keywords based on your tracking objective. (e.g., Someone talked about your beta in their blog, or your president’s name was mentioned in the news, etc.)
Finally, the last report summarizes the intelligence discovered in the first two reports and suggests similar sites based on a statistical model. This gives you a “footprint” of the top websites for your vertical market, product or brand.
