Neverfail, Inc. has strategic alliances with BlackbBerry; Captaris RightFax; VMware; Microsoft; IBM; Citrix; and Vodafone UK, Ltd. The company was formerly known as Global Continuity and changed its name to Neverfail, Inc. in 2003. Neverfail, Inc. was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
