Networld
As of 2007, Networld Communications was acquired by Telekenex Inc. Networld Communications focuses on IP solutions for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) development and deployment. It defines, designs, and develops communications infrastructure for its clients. The company offers infrastructure services, which upgrade PBX technology and use IP telephony tools to converge voice, video, and data into a single network; application services, which manage telephone calls via computer and include complete applications such as call centers, auto attendant voicemail, unified messaging, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR); and connectivity services. Its partners include Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks.
The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California with additional offices in Seattle, Washington and Phoenix, Arizona.
