NCTech was founded by Neil Tocher and Cameron Ure. The iSTAR® range of cameras were design in response to Police and MOD requirements. The iSTAR® has excellent resolution and repeatable quality and therefor is a perfect tool for offset measurements, photogrammetry to 3D point clouds and is a perfect fit for RGB overlay with LiDAR data.
