Namely is a talent management platform for the advertising industry.
Agencies have historically struggled to track who worked on which accounts and how people were allocated under management teams. This was typically done with spreadsheets, email and scraps of paper. Namely replaces all of this with a robust database and elegant visualizations of all of the people on a particular account.
Namely is led by professionals from the advertising and technology industry. Founder and CEO Matt Straz spent seven years at MEC, the global media buying agency. Matt also co-founded Pictela, the ad platform that was acquired by AOL in 2010.
