MyTickets goal is to ‘Help you find tickets faster’. They don’t sell tickets by instead help you find tickets faster.
They break the experience into three avenues:
Search – When you know exactly what you want, their search engine will ensure they get you there within a few seconds. Make sure you check out our the ‘predictive text’ feature.
Browse – When you are not sure exactly what you feel like doing, the Browse section offers a huge range of listings in 12 catagories & over 100 subcategories. Browse by price, place, category and time. They can help you find an event for every occasion.
Alerts – If it’s not listed on MyTickets, or tickets aren‘t on sale yet, create alerts (via email or SMS) to be notified when your favourite artist, event or even genre comes to town.
