MyNewPlace is the 3rd largest apartment rental site in the U.S. and the fastest growing apartment site, according to Compete, Inc.

The site offers $100 cash back when users sign a lease at participating properties and identify MyNewPlace as the referral source. Users can use advanced mapping to pinpoint their search and apply a number of filters, such as rent range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and various amenities.

The company’s venture backers include Sutter Hill, Trinity Ventures, and Split Rock Ventures.
