HISTORY Movieplayer.it website is born in June 2008 after the merger of Castlerock.it website with the movie channel of Multiplayer.it, an online magazine specialized in video games, occurred in the autumn 2007. Movieplayer.it main feature is its ability to offer a wide coverage in “cinema”, “TV”, “TV series”, “home video”, “characters”, “movie events” and Box Office areas, thanks to a huge database of movie contents which results from the mentioned above merger, together with the expertise of a real specialized editorial staff.
Since September 2009 Movieplayer.it is official partner of IMDb.it “New Desk”, with the pledging to provide, in real-time, some extracts of all its publications - news, interviews, reviews and in-depth articles, which are visible both on the IMDb.it homepage, and in all movies, tv-series, news and characters sheets.
