Mojizu is a cartoonist community that allows users to upload and share their own cartoons with a network of friends. The cartoons, known as “moji’s”, have their own unique user profiles with characteristics assigned to them by their creators. The community of Mojizu users can comment and vote on the different cartoons on the site.
In addition to simply being a social network for artists and cartoon enthusiasts, Mojizu functions as a commercial platform, automatically merchandising users’ Moji’s and making them available for sale to a wide audience of potential customers.
Mojizu was founded by Broadspring Sabet Ventures, LLC.
Mojizu has also launched a Facebook application, allowing cartoonists to showcase their work on Facebook.
