“4 Konverta” (“4 Envelopes” in English) is a simple yet effective home budgeting system for people with no or limited prior exposure to financial planning. The system takes into account person’s or family income, major financial commitments, helps set financial goals and as a result creates an “envelope” for the week.

The system operates in weekly time slices: each week has its own “envelope” where a person can put physical cash or just get an indication of how much s/he can spend during this week. Whatever is left gets into the Emergency Fund or gets added to the next week’s envelope.

The system primarily targets Russian-speaking community, but also has an international version for English-speaking customers. It has 43500 customers and at the moment is a largest Russian personal finance/budgeting online system.
