MissionMode provides web-hosted (SaaS) emergency notification, incident management, crisis communications, and crisis management applications.

The company’s tools were designed to be used by non-technical business users. They are used in situations ranging from routine operations issues to major disasters. Organizations have used MissionMode’s applications during recent high-profile crises such as Hurricane Irene, the Japan earthquakes and tsunamis, London riots, Western USA wildfires, and political unrest in Egypt.

MissionMode was established in 2003 and is privately-held. Headquarters are in Chicago, Illinois.
