miDailyDiet allows users to share their own daily meals and exercises or follow anyone else’s around the world for free.
FREE social network for anyone aged 16+. miDailyDiet connects users to the latest information regarding people’s diets and fitness, users simply find and follow other users that match their lifestyle and goals. Users can Post a Status, Meal or Exercise. Each Post can be up to 300 characters long and connected to each update is the option to upload a photo. Posts are displayed by day and users can select to view all posts made each day in a Live Feed or on user’s Profiles. Users can share their lifestyle within their Posts, or simply give tips to their followers.
