MicroGiving was started by Advertising.com co-founder John Ferber and is a website dedicated to direct online person-to-person giving from the heart to those in need. MicroGiving takes the person-to-person lending model seen in Prosper and Kiva, but focuses on 100% giving to people who are immediate need.
