Metalogix Software was founded in 2001 with the goal of creating solutions for migrating Microsoft SharePoint content easily and quickly. Metalogix expanded in 2008 with the addition of the archiving business from H&S Software of Vienna, Austria. Metalogix added the StoragePoint product line from BlueThread Technologies in 2010. Metalogix acquired Syntergy’s SharePoint business, including Replicator for SharePoint in 2012.
