Messageturf is an awesome way of sharing your updates, photos and links with your friends and followers in one place. When your create your turf, you will be created a public feed and a friend feed to interact with your followers and friends.
You post messages to your followers (to the world) and to your close friends (Kind of twitter for friends). Messageturf also provides flexibility to search your feed based on links, photos and updates and also by username. This way you may search all links posted by your friend or photos posted by your closest family.
