Mesa Dynamics
Mesa Dynamics is a software development firm that specializes in software that makes integrates the users desktop and the web more easily. To this end, they have developed software that specializes in converting pdf documents to web friendly formats, along with easing the navigation of online photograph repositories, and making it easier to read RSS and Atom feeds.
In 2005, Mesa Dynamics entered the widgets business. They have released three live products that allow web widget to desktop conversion, and have released an alpha version of their turn key widget solution, Amnesty Hypercube.
Both Microsoft and Apple are developing in house versions of technology similar to that of Amnesty Hypercube, but at they moment Mesa Dynamics seems to be ahead in the widget to desktop space.
