Talent is the most wasted resource worldwide. We use human capital in a very inefficient way. A very small percentage of people reach their full career potential. Further, most people are poorly matched as studies indicate that 3 out of 4 hires are “wrong”. According to a “Gallup-Poll”, thus just the German economy loses more than 163 billion Euro per year.

The world is full of “raw-diamonds”– people with an enormous potential, which is not recognized or only with great effort. So far, the technological possibilities have not been used to enable global talents and to recognize them efficiently. Mercury Puzzle is the answer to this challenge.

Social-Networks and online assessments will be connected with „state of the art“ technologies. Thereby the human potential will be transparent in all its dimensions.
