Product Overview Today most of the students don’t know why they learning what they learning. They don’t know what to choose. Most of them don’t know the wide diversity of work role that their academic and technical skills match to.The product would help many youths who do not have the good fortune of enjoying ready access to good mentors in their home situations.
The main problems the Indian education system is facing at present are
1) Enrolment in higher education shows a strong concentration in few areas. This situation may prove to be a factor in inhibiting opportunities for national development. 2) Curricular structure unrelated to the needs of the labour market. 3) Students are not aware of wide diversity of work role their academic and technical skills match to. 4) Unavailability of mentor in home situation & hence taking up of courses based on herd instinct or random selection process. 5) Students do not match their skills, interest and abilities with the courses/career opted resulting in obscure career decision and career planning activity!!
