Magnolia Broadband is a fabless semiconductor company within the wireless communications industry who has invented and patented Mobile Transmit Diversity (MTD), a beam forming technology which allows wireless network operators to offer higher data throughput and improve coverage with no change in base stations or infrastructure standards.

MTD can be deployed as a chip or as a software-only solution. Magnolia’s MTD supports multi-band standards and protocols.
