The company was founded in 2005 as an inbound call center. Today, Magellan Solutions has a comprehensive suite of services such as order taking, help desk, telephone answering services, data entry, and more.
The company boasts of 800 seats in 2 redundant sites in Metro Manila. The head office located in San Juan City is a 240-seater operations center, which houses the management and business support teams. The second facility in Mandaluyong City was opened in November 2010, housing 280 “capable” seats at the mezzanine floor and 280 more on the 33rd floor.
