LoungeUp is platform allowing hotels to create a mobile service for their clients.

Thanks to LoungeUp, hotel guests with the application can, from their mobile: -­access practical information about the hotel and its surroundings (reserve a table in a local restaurant, for example) -access entertainment content (newspapers, video games, etc.) -interact with the hotel thanks to a messaging service -meet other guests in the hotel using social media -reply to simple customer satisfaction questions designed to allow hotel staff to correct any problems before the end of the stay

By using LoungeUp hotels reinforce customer satisfaction and increase upsales of extra services, while dealing with requests even more effectively.
